Order Processing

All orders are carefully prepared before shipment.

Pakistan Warehouse (Scoop Collection)

Most Scoop Collection orders are fulfilled from our Pakistan warehouse.

  • Processing Time: 4–5 business days
  • Shipping Time: 5–10 business days
  • Shipping Method: DDP (Delivered Duty Paid), where applicable, meaning applicable import duties and taxes are handled before delivery for eligible destinations.

China Warehouse (Individual Products)

Most individual jewelry and accessories are shipped directly from our trusted China warehouse.

  • Processing Time: 4–6 business days
  • Shipping Time: 7–15 business days

Although the estimated delivery window is up to 15 business days, most orders arrive sooner depending on the destination and local courier services.

If your location is serviceable during checkout, we can deliver to your address.

Shipping Rates

  • Free Standard Shipping on orders over US$100.
  • Shipping charges for orders below this amount are calculated at checkout based on your destination.

Estimated Delivery Time

Order Tracking

Multiple Shipments

To provide the fastest possible delivery, some orders may be shipped from different warehouses.

If your order contains products from both our Pakistan warehouse and China warehouse, you may receive multiple packages with separate tracking numbers. This does not result in additional shipping charges beyond those shown at checkout.

Customs & Duties

For eligible shipments dispatched from our Pakistan warehouse using DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) services, applicable import duties and taxes are prepaid.

For shipments originating from our China warehouse, customs policies vary by country. Any duties, taxes, or import fees assessed by local customs authorities are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Delivery Delays

While we strive to meet all estimated delivery times, delays may occasionally occur due to customs clearance, airline schedules, severe weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

We appreciate your patience and understanding should this happen.

Lost or Missing Packages

If your order has not arrived within 60 days from the shipping date, please contact our customer support team. We will investigate the shipment and work with the carrier to provide a resolution as quickly as possible.
