Return, Exchange & Refund Policy

At Belvurra Jewelry, we want you to shop with confidence. Please read our Return, Exchange & Refund Policy carefully before placing your order.


Returns

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

To start a return, please email belvurraofficial@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return. We will provide you with return instructions.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

  • Items returned after 14 days may not be accepted.

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of returning the item.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Personalized or custom-made products.

  • Earrings and other pierced jewelry due to hygiene reasons.

  • Sale or clearance items.

  • Items that have been worn, damaged, altered, or show signs of use.

If an order is returned to us because it was undeliverable, refused, or not collected, we will refund the eligible order amount once the parcel has been received. Shipping charges are non-refundable.


Exchanges

You may request an exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.

Please email belvurraofficial@gmail.com with your order number and details of the item you wish to exchange.

Exchange conditions:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging within 14 days.

  • Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.

  • Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will ship the replacement item.

  • Any additional shipping charges may apply depending on the replacement item or destination.

The following items cannot be exchanged:

  • Personalized or custom-made products.

  • Earrings and other pierced jewelry.

  • Sale or clearance items.

  • Items that have been worn, damaged, altered, or show signs of use.


Faulty or Damaged Items

Every order is carefully inspected before dispatch.

If your item arrives damaged during transit or you receive the wrong item, please contact us at belvurraofficial@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number.

  • Clear photos of the item.

  • Photos of the packaging (if applicable).

Reporting the issue within 24 hours allows us to investigate with the shipping carrier and resolve the matter as quickly as possible.

Items damaged due to normal wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, improper care, or unauthorized repairs are not considered faulty and are not eligible for a refund or replacement.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time before the funds appear in your account.

If you have not received your refund after 15 business days from approval, please contact us at belvurraofficial@gmail.com.


Undelivered or Returned Parcels

A parcel may be returned to us if:

  • You were unavailable to receive the delivery.

  • The courier could not safely deliver the parcel.

  • An incorrect or incomplete delivery address was provided.

  • Customs duties or import charges were not paid (international orders).

  • Delivery was refused.

Once the parcel has been returned to us, we will refund the eligible order amount.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

If you still wish to receive your order, a new order must be placed.


Scoop Products – Shipping Policy

Many of our scoop products qualify for Free Shipping on our website. The shipping cost is included in the product price and paid by Belvurra Jewelry.

Our approximate shipping costs are:

  • Up to 1 kg (approximately US$100 worth of products): around US$30

  • Around 1.5 kg: approximately US$45–50

  • Up to 2 kg (approximately 15–20 scoop products): up to US$65

If a scoop product order that qualified for free shipping is:

  • Returned,

  • Cancelled after dispatch,

  • Refused upon delivery,

  • Returned because of an incorrect address, or

  • Returned because customs duties were not paid,

the actual shipping cost paid by Belvurra Jewelry will be deducted from the refund.

The remaining eligible balance will be refunded after the returned parcel has been received and inspected.

Even if your order qualified for Free Shipping, the shipping cost has already been paid by Belvurra Jewelry and is therefore non-refundable.


International Orders

Customers are responsible for:

  • Providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

  • Paying all customs duties, import taxes, and other applicable fees.

  • Ensuring the parcel can be received at the delivery address.

If an international order is returned because of an incorrect address, unpaid customs charges, refusal of delivery, or failure to collect the parcel, the actual shipping costs paid by Belvurra Jewelry will be deducted from any eligible refund.

Refunds will only be processed after the returned parcel has been received.

By placing an order with Belvurra Jewelry, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Return, Exchange & Refund Policy.
